Is it safe to eat a Cornish pasty one day after use by date?

Probably. Cut it open and smell it.

I would, presumably you are going to heat it up.to 180 degrees?

Just to add...and you haven't stored it on a radiator or in the airing cupboard.

If eat it assuming it had been in the fridge all the time and not been out and back on a picnic plus is smells ok

The date wouldn't bother me, how it was stored would be more important.
