I have half a box of lasagna sheets to use. I could just make a classic lasagna, but I would enjoy trying something a bit different.

This one is really nice. I sometimes add bacon bits in the layers.

This chicken Alfredo lasagna is lovely. You could also do a lasagne soup, same flavours but less labour intensive!

Prawn habanero lasagne, ragú and aubergine parmigiana, butternut squash and sage lasagne gratin and cannelloni enchiladas all by Ixta Belfrage are all fantastic.

Ed Smith also did an 8 episode lasnaga series on Instagram recently, the Sichuan lamb particularly appealed.

Oh I will be making the chicken Alfredo lasagna this weekend now. Looks fantastic!!

You need to make this mushroom, Parma ham and mascarpone lasagne. It's fab.

That looks gorgeous. If only DP weren't allergic to mushrooms. the Alfredo one is definitely on the list though.
