Prepped last night at what temperature and for how long to warm through

It depends how big it is, what size dish and what your oven is like tbh.
I like mine very golden on top so would probably do 180 for around 30 mins, or until bubbling hot/a colour I was happy with, but that would be a big dish for around 6 people.

Depends how you prepped it, is the cauliflower roasted/cooked prior to you putting the sauce on or are you doing it raw?
