Defrosted Yorkshire puddings

Hi, can anyone tell me whether it's safe to eat Yorkshire puddings that have defrosted whilst the freezer was being defrosted, and then been re-frozen?

I would have no problem with them, you can refreeze bread and this is just a variation, the problem is quality deteriorates rather than food safety in a product like that.
