Enamel cookware

I’ve seen that a lot of people are anti non-stick pans etc, so I was wondering if enamel was ok as I’ve been given some?

cast iron covered with enamel is great. Really good.

Start to preheat on a low heat as the iron and the glass (enamel) heat at different speeds. Increase the heat after a few minutes. Trust me.
