hi does anyone have this recipe, i havent got time to go and get the book or the spare money and was wondering if anyone had the new book . im having freinds over at the weekend and would love to cook this. thank

I was just going to post this exact question!! Do you mean the one with chirizo and potatoes?

I nearly bought the book yesterday but I am just doing on-line shop and want to make sure I order all the correct ingredients.

yes it looks so easy .you cant get the recipe online so ive just bought the book on ebay for £6. tried to read the recipe in a bookshop but my memory isnt good enough!

like conred beef but not?

didn't watch it but do have the book - it's a lot to write out, what did you want to know?

450g diced pork shoulder
110g chorizo
large red onion, sliced
thyme sprigs
jar of roasted peppers
green and black olives
450g salad potatoes
jar of tomato sauce
150ml dry white wine
1/4 tsp saffron saoked in 2 tbsps wine vinegar

Bung it all in large pan, bring to boil, in oven at 140 for 1.5 - 2 hrs.

Bit approximate as I was writing it down as she was doing it but that was basically it.
