I’ve volunteered to make blondies for a book club party on Saturday. I’ve never made them before.

Please tell me your best blondie recipes.

I could do an internet search, but I like talking about cake 😁

Make sure you add white choc and raspberries!

Coconut is a bit marmite @TruthThatsHardAsSteel . So best left since I don’t know everyone well.

Yes I realised that after posting! But if you like coconut, I'd highly recommend them for future 😋

I make the nigella ones because my dc like them and they are good for lunch boxes as don’t go melty like the original brownies. They do go dry quite quickly. They also contain nuts but you could do one without in case of any allergies.

The BBC good food recipe. I've never made it, but DH makes it a lot, and they are seriously good blondies!

There are two Nigella blondie recipes, we’ve made both. I will look up which book after school run.

I use this one, I usually use half caster sugar and half brown sugar. They're basically chocolate chip cookies with less flour.
