I have sour cream, chicken, bacon ,cheese, potatoes....Ideas please.

Can I make a potato gratin type thing with sour cream?

Or can you do a stuffed chicken wrapped in bacon idea with sour cream? Would that be gross? I usually would use a garlicy soft cheese.

I have onions and garlic too.

Oh and I know some of you hate these sorts of threads but thats what the 'hide' button is for.

...stuffed potato skins seems like a natural choice if you don't mind furring up your arteries!

I would make chicken fajitas with potato wedges

Thats why we have the left over sour cream.

So would I mix the sour cream with bacon and onion and put it on top of the potato skins? sounds yummy.

Tartiflette would be nice if you have cheese too.

That sounds so yummy, but can you use sour cream as it says double cream??
