I'm thinking of doing a Raita , or some sort of mint and cucumber dip, can I use Creme Fraiche as I have no greek yoghurt?
Also same question for pasta dish, If I was going to use Greek Yoghurt to pour over pasta, add chopped bacon etc, can I use creme Fraiche instead of Greek yoghurt, or would I have used Creme Fraiche anyway {hmm}
