Sticky Stainless steel pans?

Anyone found the answer to frying in a stainless pan, everything sticks in mine and the best method I've tried is starting from a cold pan but it's not perfect, I will have to go back to seasoned steel or non stick otherwise.

My partner has gone through about 5 pans in 2 years due to food sticking, but he recently acquired a greenpan (they’re PFA free which is also a plus) and he loves it. No sticking! You can get them on Amazon.

I use a Scoville Neverstick from Amazon that is PFOA free.

It's cheap, & far better than my expensive SS pans.
Only downside is no lid.
