DH loves blondies, my sister won't give me her amazing one (the cow!) it's his birthday this week and need an amazing recipe.
I must have tried a dozen. All turn out caky not gooey and dense with a crackled top like it's supposed to. I don't know what I'm doing wrong 😭. I'm a good baker most of the time. Am I cooking them too long? Is it my fan oven? Have I just not found the right recipe. I need one with room for mix-ins nuts, chocolate chunks etc.
