Ideas for meals that can be heated up at nursery for FUSSY 4 year old

Help please - ds (4) and dd (2.7) are changing nurseries (as I am moving house) to a nursery that doesn't provide food - this is on the two days I work. This means I am going to need to provide two meals a day to the nursery, one of which can be packed lunch, which is fine, but one will need to be heated up in a microwave. My ds doesn't eat shepherds pie, lasagne, fish pie, pasta with sauce etc etc (you get the picture). Would be grateful for suggestions as to what I can give them for him. dd is easier generally but will obviously have the same as he does.

Don't indulge fussiness.
Just cook what is easiest for you.
Even if yuo think they are fussy, you will be surprised at what they will eat when away from home. My dd (who would be a very fussy eater if I indulged her) will eat all sort with her childminder, including things i have never seen her eat at home. The food is all cooked by me btw.

Didn't get it - can you forward np? Thanks

Moondog ds doesn't eat what they give him at nursery quite a bit of the time. I just don't mind as I haven't cooked it! He tends to come home and fill up on toast (and/or shreddies if really hungry) before he goes to bed when he hasn't eaten his dinner. Otherwise he wakes up at the crack of sparrows demanding food - and 6.30am is quite early enough thanks!
