Out of date Ramen

I bought a Wasabi pork ramen from
Sainsbury's and it has yesterdays use by on it.Will I be fine to eat this tonight? It has pork, carrot, edamame bean, cooked portobello mushrooms, spring onions in a ramen broth.

I'm scared of getting ill and know "use by" is more important to listen to than "best before".

Yep, I'd eat it without a second thought.

Seconded

Ok thank you, I will try to eat it without stressing Grin I usually bin anything as soon as the date hits!

It'll be fine OP!

Mrsjayy · 24/06/2024 13:52

Is it a cooked ready meal ? If it is I'd eat it fine

Chickenwing2 · 24/06/2024 15:02

Yes I think so! Just one you add water to and cook in the microwave. Was just a little worried about the out of date pork.

It's probably dehydrated so it keeps longer I think a day out is fine.

Of course, how do people not know those dates are all massively conservative. It’s a scam to make us waste and buy more. I don’t think I’ve ever checked a date
