Summer baking

What are your favourite things to bake in the summer? Can be sweet or savoury

Any sort of quiche, a nice fresh fruit Pavlova, usually strawberry,raspberry and blueberry! Oh and now and then, some cheese scones, strong cheeses mind! Those are my top three summer bakes!

Cherry clafoutis, lemon meringue pie and a nice tear and share bread.

I bake about a billion meringues in the summer. Eton mess and pavlova are our go to summer desserts.
