Which is your favourite baked cheesecake?

I, though I say it myself, make a nice salted caramel one. Also a gingerbread and a New York. After several years of the same three, I'd like to try a different one, one more suited to summer. Which is your favourite baked cheesecake? Can you share a link?

( Really not interested in non-cooked ones!)

Burnt basque cheesecake is AMAZING! And so easy to make...nice served with a berry coulis of some sort.
