Got two nice Aberdeen Angus burgers for tea, but no rolls. Bit fed up with burgers actually, but DH likes them.
any ideas for a meal that is different and interesting, and is not a burger in a bun?

Split them into 4 and turn them into meatballs? Can have with whatever sauce you fancy and pasta/rice/potatoes.

Do you have wraps? You could do a burrito/taco burger?

As a kid we used to have grilled burgers with potato waffles and baked beans. Might have to resurrect that one actually 😋

My (war baby) mum would have served me that and called them rissoles. Also nice with mash!

Think I might try the burrito with wraps. Sometimes you just run out of ideas. Cheers, folks!

I think the difference between burgers and rissoles in our house was whether they'd been grilled or fried!
