I had a lovely risotto recipe I cut out and saved from a packet of frozen butternut squash but I've lost it. I've just bought some frozen butternut squash from Sainsbury's and the recipe on the back of the packet is for butternut squash curry.
The other supermarkets that I shop at are Tesco and Asda.
I know it is a long shot, but if anyone has a packet of frozen butternut squash from Tesco or Asda would you mind having a look to see if they have a recipe for risotto on the back and posting it please? Many thanks,
