Pulled beef brisket not ready. Can I pressure cook?

I put a beef brisket in to the slow cooker and thought it would be ready in 4 hours. It's now had 5 1/2 hours and isn't ready.
I want to eat an hour 20 mins.

It's in the instant pot. If it isn't ready in time can I blast it on the pressure cooker setting or will that ruin everything?

Thank you! I hope a pressure cook is alright even after so long in the slow cooker 😬

How is it not ready? If it’s just not pulling then it might be it didn’t have the right mix of meat/fat. If it’s not cooked…was it hot enough or are you risking food poisoning?

@JustKeepSwimmingJust I think my slow cooker temp is too low maybe.
Anyway, air pressure cooked for 20 mins and it was fine, so thanks all for the help.

Just pressure cooked, not air pressure cooked, whatever that is.
