Quiche sides

Hello!

I'm making two quiches for an event soon, one classic quiche Lorraine and the other smoked salmon & asparagus.

I've already decided on a roasted butternut squash & feta salad and possible a beetroot one too. With bread and coleslaw. Do I need potatoes too?

Can anyone recommend anything more saucey? Similar to a coronation chicken vibe but more in line with the other food. Worried about it being dry! Would something like tzatziki work!? Thanks!

Chicken pesto skewers instead of coronation chicken. www.cooking-good.co.uk/post/chicken-pesto-skewers Pesto works well with some of your other flavours like feta and salmon.

Potato salad, though I think what you are offering is plenty. I don't see the necessity of another protein.
