Good white bread recipe for toasting

I've got an easy white tin loaf recipe (white strong flour, olive oil, water, yeast and salt), which is lovely for sandwiches and eaten fresh day 1 but it doesn't make particularly great toast. I wonder if it's the olive oil. Anyone got a good recipe for white bread that also toasts well?

Nigella has a recipe for a soft white sandwich loaf in Cook, Eat, Repeat - everyone in the family loves it fresh but it also makes good toast (IMO).
