Hi everyone!
I have a large-ish quantity of sweet shortcrust pastry left (enough for a 23cm tart) and would love to know your favourite sweet tart recipes. Nothing with chocolate please and no bakewells (love them both but have had both very recently).

I hope this isn't behind a paywall, this honey miso pecan tart (served with espresso honey cream) is stunning. She uses a coco pastry, but it would work well with standard too.
