Roasted cauliflower

Going to make this for the first time, advice needed please.

I've checked online & timings vary from 20-50 minutes !

I'd rather trust MN cooks than celebrity chefs.

It will be in florets, & preferably @ 180c Fan to co-ordinate with the rest of dinner.

I do about 40mins. Just a bit of oil, s&p usually but sometimes add a sprinkle of any random herb or spice I think will go with our meal. It's yum!
