recently moved house and we don’t have an oven to use..yet!
I need some nice recipes for stovetop (it’s induction, have never used induction before!) and we have a small ninja airfryer.
id like some recipes that will feed 2 and a toddler please :)
no dietary requirements

currently have chicken breasts and Turkey mince in the fridge but can pop out to do a shop!

If you have an air fryer and a hob then surely you can do most meals that you would do anyway?

Jambalaya is lovely, can leave out the chorizo but it's better with it.
I'd probably do spaghetti bolognese with the turkey mince, can put some garlic bread in the air fryer.
Chilli con carne or Currys with rice
Stir frys with noodles is an obvious one.
Sausage and mash with veg.
Risotto
Omelette
Fajitas/tacos
Mince and tatties

I love turkey burgers in a frying pan with some wedges done in the air fryer 🍔. I usually do greek style ones which are delicious.

Chicken & chorizo jambalaya recipe | Good Food

A healthy Cajun-inspired rice pot that's bursting with spicy Spanish sausage, sweet peppers and tomatoes. This easy dish has been triple-tested and nutritionally analysed by our cookery team.

Do you have a slow cooker?

Stir fries, you can use anything you would use in a tray bake.

How about an 'asian' style broth with meatballs.

Use the turkey mince to make meatballs that are about walnut sized, I would add chilli flakes but maybe not for a 2 year old.

For the broth you need water, garlic and ginger, I use frozen. Put in a pan and heat. Add any other spices you like. Add the meatballs and you can add any veg you fancy.

I would probably do rice as well.

Rice, smoked haddock and a 50/50 mix of orange juice and water, just stick it all in a pan and simmer.

I love making pies and tray bakes etc. can’t do that now I don’t think (lack of space in the AF too)

@sashh yes I do! Thanks for reminding. Although it doesn’t get much use 😅
the Asian broth sounds delicious! Thank you

@TheLadyIsAVamp thanks so much! These suggestions are great 😊
