Ordering meat online

Hi,
Thinking of getting some nice steaks delivered for Father's Day. Can anyone recommend a good online butchers?

I regularly order from Muscle Foods
I've never had any problems and find the quality really good for the price.
I also use Quidco and get cashback.

I just ordered some myself now after posting on this thread :). We have ordered from them many times. V nice. I’ve also gifted people steak and chips before.

@atthegoodnamesaregone1 I often hear about them but the name puts me off. Do you recommend them?

DT Waller & Sons in Ledbury. We visit Ledbury regularly and always drop in and are greeted like old friends, their meat is fantastic, but Dave always reminds us they do mail order - I'm torn because I have a fabulous local butcher too (no mail order), but try to support both! Their sausages particularly are amazing, I'm working my way through them (we ordered packs of several different flavours last time) - current fave is pork, apple & Ledbury cider, the pork chilli and spinach is also amazing. You must also try their melt-in-the-mouth gammon steaks too, but my favourite is rump steak and it honestly is the best (well joint best with my local butcher).

Yeah, Donald Russell here too, always with offers / deals. Chateaubriand is our favourite too, I buy if it's £25 or less.

Muscle foods is great, we get a hamper every month but it sounds like you are looking for something special? I would look at local farm shops myself, I've also used Waitrose they do amazing steaks in my local.
