I’m going to try wholewheat pasta. Should the portion be different? Tried googling and the information is about the difference in nutrition

Any other tips on cooking or difference in taste

Probably needs a touch longer cooking (but then I only cook stuff until it's cooked anyway, I don't time it LOL).

Taste much better in my view. I only used to use wholewheat for certain recipes, but now find the white stuff so tasteless and pappy I just use wholewheat for everything.

Same portion, fills you up a little better. Taste is you know, whole meal! Like bread.

I always use wholewheat pasta, it has a much nicer flavour. The white tastes very bland. Plus the texture is better, seems less 'slippery' than white. I use the same weight as the white.
