I had an amazing Prune and Armagnac Tart years ago and am looking to recreate it... it had soaked prunes and a wonderful almond flavour. Looking online, there is a recipe from James Martin on BBC Food and one from Diana Henry on House and Garden (links to both below). Has anyone tried either of these and would you recommend them? Or do you have another Prune and Armagnac Tart recipe you would suggest?
