Good freezer meals

Can anyone recommend good healthy freezer meals?

We are really struggling with cooking at the moment, the work/life/kids/exercise balance is just not working. So we’re mostly using a couple of local fitness meal prep services which are excellent - fresh cooked food with healthy ingredients, that we can stick in the microwave.

What I want is to find a supplier of similar meals which I can stick in the freezer to have a stash available. But I can’t seem to find one that’s recommended. Prepped pots have terrible reviews, we’ve tried the MyProtein from Iceland and they were mostly awful. Cook are ok, not really what I’m after.

I can't help with bought meals, but I can help with an approach to home made ones.

We had 3 useful freezer meals - a chilli, a curry and a stew. (Which particular stew or curry would vary.) Every Sunday we'd make a big stock pot of one of them - 4 dinners' worth. One went in the fridge for in the week, three went in the freezer.

The next week we'd make a different one. And the third on the following Sunday. The fourth Sunday we didn't need to to do any batch cooking at all.

That meant that on a rolling basis, we had three different meals in the freezer/fridge ready to go without any preparation in return for cooking a big lot of one thing, three weeks out of four.

It saved us a lot of time and money when we were short of both.

allplants are good and they have a very large range, but they’re pricey. Strong Roots do a few, and we also like Lazy Vegan.

Is simply cook or something like hello fresh not an option?
We batch cook. Bolognaise that we could also add seasoning/kidney beans to to make chilli, chicken curry, beef or chicken casserole etc. basically every time we cook we make double. There are days we don’t have to cook at all because we have meals already in the freezer. Cheaper, and healthier, than ready meals.
