Vietnamese food is my favourite. I don't understand why it's not more popular.
I'm a terrible cook, so I can't recommend a book sorry. I wish there was a home delivery of Vietnamese ready meals.

Australian Women's Weekly cookbooks are good - the recipes are fairly simple.

I got this after seeing the author on tv. Its good, but I have a bad habit of only cooking one or two things from a recipe book. It’s got a mixture of simpler things and spring rolls which I haven’t attempted.
