Filling snacks

I'm 17 weeks pregnant and still have terrible nausea, but oddly it abates when I'm eating. I therefore basically want to eat all the time even though I feel so sick! But with the nausea it's making me find it difficult to eat some things and then I end up eating rubbish which is calorific but then also not filling, so then I want to eat more...rubbish and so on. I've put a few kgs already and with my ethnic and family background I'm at a higher risk of GD too.

So any suggestions for healthy snacks that will keep me feeling full for a longer time too? Sadly I can't really stomach fruit still for some reason with strawberries being about the only exception.

Vegetable soups, Dahl, porridge, wraps with salad, stem ginger biscuits to help with nausea. Have a good pregnancy!

Porridge, make it with water, and add a splash of milk before eating. It will fill you up, it's good for your blood circulation system, it's economical and it's quick to cook in a microwave.

Soup, homemade, especially those made with lentils or beans. Have a cup of it for elevenses.

Oh OP, I was exactly the same. I put on about 4 stones when pregnant although I did lose about 2.5 within the first month or so after giving birth and most of the rest within about six months without really trying.
I'm afraid I was eating loads of bread and sandwiches etc. as it did really help.
Maybe oatcakes might work ( both savoury and sweet)? They're pretty low calorie but seem to fill me up. ( Actually would really recommend the cheese and any of the sweet versions).

Been using some of these suggestions thanks everyone, although I probably should have said that I'm vegetarian.

Any more suggestions welcome
