Quiche recipes using bacon

Does anyone have any really tasty quiche (crustless) recipes that use bacon please?

We like quiche but I always find they are never as nice as bought ones or from a cafe etc. Or maybe that’s because we go for crustless as DH isn’t keen on pastry and I’m trying to lose weight.
