Beef Short Ribs Recipe

We are going away at the weekend and we know somewhere that sells beef short ribs. We’ve salivated over them for ages, but we’re going to treat ourselves to some this weekend, my only problem is how to make them? I consider myself a really good cook, but this has me stumped.

If you have any ideas, please share 🙏

Nigella's Asian style short ribs are lovely, and Ina Garten's braised short ribs with red wine.

The only thing you need to do is cook them on a lowish heat for a long time.

I'm also a massive fan of Ixta recipes and haven't gotten around to this one yet.

Some of these recipes sound fab. I made Freddy Forster's Beef Short Rib Papardelle with Parmesan Crumb for some December guests and that went down very nicely!
