Any help appreciated- I have a basic brownie recipe how do I alter the recipe to make, Oreo or biscoff brownies ?

To make Oreo Brownies, I just chop up a large handful of Oreo’s and mix them through. We sometimes do the same with Bourbon biscuits or Smarties.

For the biscoff I think I would slightly warm it in the microwave or in a bain marie to make it more moveable/thinner. Then I would pour half the brownie batter in the tin, drizzle over the biscoff and put the rest of the batter on top so the biscoff becomes a middle layer. Am assuming it won't sink, but it might!

I add hazelnut meal to my chocolate cake on occasion. So divine, if I say so myself.
