I don't know how much Tefal paid Jamie Oliver but....

I have to assume its worth every penny!

I love my airfryer but it's a small ninja. I have been considering an upgrade for a while. Obviously I could upgrade to another ninja but now I am thinking a) I love the 2 size drawer and b) this way timings are more reliable if I want to use some of Jamie's recipes. Which I do!!! Genius marketing.

I am committed already to the frozen fish, the bean sauce thing, the pork belly. And I am only half way through episode 1. Hahaha. Has anyone tried these?

I really want to try that salmon dish!

Yes, I hadn't thought of doing the veggies like that under the salmon. I'm also embarassed to say that I've been doing my salmon skin side down in the air fryer, and getting annoyed at it sticking......

On the Ninja fb page Im on the fish and bean recipe has been tried a few times with success

I dont think there's need to change brands to follow his recipes. He tells you the temps to set it to. I usually set to roast anything that needs oven cooked, air fry I use for foods I would fry or grill

I find my ninja seems to be a lot hotter/quicker than other brands. I borrowed my sister's random-brand at Christmas and things definitely took longer in hers. Although I could see Tefal and Ninja being similarly hot/fast.

I definitely find a lot of things where people say, "oh, in the airfryer it will need x time", I find it's usually notably less. LIke maybe 20%.

But you're right, I could figure it out.

I'm still liking the idea of different sized drawers though.

I like doing salmon skin side down so that it sticks to the foil and is easy to lift the bit I want to eat off it. I don't mind scale free salmon skin but fillets often still have the scales on and they're a faff to remove.

I never use foil so I hate it as it makes the pan so difficult to clean. Doing it Jamie style with veggies under and skin facing up is potentially transformational I feel!

Aye I can see the appeal of different sized drawers.

I have the 15 in 1 as well as the AF400, now that really has transformed my cooking
