Strong instead of plain?

DD is Making chocolate brownies. I have just done a big shop and she forgot to ask me for plain flour.

Can she use strong white flour instead?
I don't really know the difference.

Yeah. It's just got more gluten in it so acts faster for bready things.
I've frequently not got one or the other and have never had a problem.
