Non UPF gluten free bread?

Do these exist? Trying to limit UPFs and am gluten free!

By very definition gluten free bread needs extra ingredients to make it rise. Wraps or flat breads are easy to make gluten free and don't require the extra ingredients

I think you’ll struggle to find a commercial one, the xantham gum is what makes it bready and it’s pretty impossible to make without it.

You could try making flatbreads? You won’t notice the texture difference so much and they’re pretty easy.

Are you coeliac or intolerant? Because I find proper sourdough doesn’t affect me. But obviously won’t help if it’s not an intolerance.

Abel and Cole do organic gluten free sourdough bread without xantham gum. Best GF bread I've ever tasted.
