Squashed frozen peas..

..are not mushy peas!

Not the first time I've been served a side of apparently mashed regular frozen peas, alongside my pub lunch fish and chips. Absolute travesty!

It's bollox , isn't it. I feel cheated when this happens.

Yes! It doesn't matter that they're nicer than real mushy peas, they're not mushy peas!

This was like a pile of pea skins. Really quite unpleasant.

I should add that I'm from the North, now living in the South.

I d never heard of that, be a big shock to the system.
