Bought a wide mouth flask so I can try and make yoghurt. Is it as easy as it looks?

I make my own yogurt but use the Lakeland yogurt maker so it’s an absolute doddle. The yogurt is delicious but the best thing is no more disposable plastic pots.

Yes, it's easy, just a bit of a faff. I can see the attraction of yoghurt makers, although they're not necessary.
