No prep airfryer meals

Hello, I have no kitchen for the week. I've got an airfryer on the living room floor to see us through. Has anyone got any ideas for easy, no prep meals that I can cook in the fryer?

So far, I've boiled eggs in it, I've reheated left over takeaway, cooked, sausages and I've done freezer meals like nuggets and chips. My son is very happy.

Any suggestions? It's a double basket fryer. Thanks.

Tray of ready prepared Mediterranean veg? Make some couscous to go with (I assume you have a kettle and a bowl available too?).

Perfect. Thanks Tea.

Mm, that's made me think I could try fajitas if I can get chopped peppers and chicken. Lots of shaking to mix in the seasoning?

Chicken breast cooks really well in an air fryer, stays moist and doesn't smell much either. Shred into wraps with salad? Add BBQ sauce and serve with mixed roasted veg as above? Add some spanish-seasoned passata and microwave rice for the last couple of minutes of cooking?

I just bought two clickits for my son to make Mexican food.

Do you have a hob, microwave or is the air fryer it?

It's only a week @HousePlans I had six months without a kitchen. Hopefully you have a fridge.

Not sure if your DS would like it but Salmon comes out nice in the airfryer takes about 12 mins for a fillet. I sometimes do it with soy and honey and a little sesame oil drizzled over. Serve with some rice and cucumber salad.

We roast whole chickens in ours.
If it's a 2 drawer one put Potatoes and veg in the second drawer.

6 months!! @justasking111 I remember when I was about 11 and we moved into a complete renovation project, we had a microwave on the dining room floor and sat around it on deck chairs like it was a campfire. I don't know how long we were without a kitchen for there. But yes, we survive, don't we!

Thanks for all the great ideas everyone. If I'd been more organised, we could've been eating better this week than normally. I've only just bought the large airfryer. We just had a small one before that I only ever really used for chips.
