Venison and carrots

What can I make with venison and carrots that isn’t a stew? It doesn’t feel like stew weather (finally!).

Marinade and grill the venison, and make a carrot salad.

This may be a bit late, but what cut of venison? If diced casserole style venison, you could make a slow cooked version of a stroganoff with rice, maybe with a carrot salad. Or a chilli with carrot/other veg slaw for serving.

We had venison steaks over the weekend with potato dauphinoise and french beans, but you could do roasted carrots - assuming you have steaks.
