Boring question about packet cauliflower rice

Morning all,

I've bought some Tesco frozen cauliflower rice. You get four little bags and you're supposed to pop one in the microwave. I don't have a microwave so wondering the best way to cook these and for how long. Steam? Boil? Unfortunately there are no 'on the hob' instructions.

It’s nicer fried than microwaved

Definitely fry it

Sorry, been out all day! Thanks for the replies; I shall definitely fry. Do I need a bit of oil?

A wee dash of water should do. Most people I know ( my circle of friends ) tend to mix half and half with rice as they cant get onto it as itself

It’s good in the oven as well, if you’re roasting/baking something anyway. Mix with a bit of olive oil and a few spices/herbs etc and it becomes much less soggy and cauliflower-y.
