What to make with pork loin steaks

I’m looking for some inspiration for dinner tomorrow using pork loin steaks. It’s not something I’ve ever cooked.

Potato gratin, garlic green beans and a mustard sauce for the pork maybe?

I like mine plain and simple. Cooked under the grill so the fat goes crispy and either served with mash and baked beans or sweet potato fries with peas.

Cooked until fat is crispy and they're beautifully brown, served with chips,a creamy mushroom sauce and peas/green veg medley (whatevers in the freezer) is what we're having for tea tonight.

Although the blogger doesn't credit it, this is a Delia recipe.
The sherry and vinegar mellows to a lovely piquant taste.

Cut up and make a 'cassoulet' with tomatoes, garlic and cannellini beans.

Or pan fry with garlic and slices of cooking apple, served on couscous.

pan fry the pork, when it's nearly done pour on some cider so it sizzles, cook for a couple more minutes, stir through some creme fraiche and a dollop of wholegrain mustard 😋

I'm currently marinading two pork steaks in apple & mango juice, and some random seasoning I found in the cupboard. I'll bake them in a lidded dish in the oven later. We're also having mushrooms in herb butter, peas and whatever I can be bothered to do with some potatoes. Haven't decided yet. It won't be mash though, we had that with steak pies yesterday.

I'd cook with onions in cider with root vegetables: carrots, swede and a bit of parsnip and serve mashed potatoes and peas with it.

Cook until almost done then add a Mediterranean style tomato sauce with black olives, courgette, garlic/onions etc, serve with rice or tagliatelle.

These all work with loin steaks. I love them just marinated in lemon juice, garlic and herbs and cooked until crispy, served with new potatoes and veg.

Grill, top with apple sauce and Cheshire cheese then pop back under grill until the cheese bubbles.

These are delicious. I'm sure you can use your loin chops instead.
