Venison ideas

Ended up with masses of diced venison... Usually go for a stew but wanting something different can anyone can come up with some ideas

Make a chilli with it. Slow cooked, the chunks fall apart and are delicious.

As above, a venison chilli is a dish of wonder.

A third vote for chilli here, though venison stew makes a great pie filling. Our preferred stew is with onions, butternut squash, carrots, red cabbage, chilli flakes and rosemary, and the leftovers usually find their way into pastry for a meal for a another day.

Meat pies or a goulash.

Biryani! Just replace any recipe that calls for diced beef or lamb.

Curry.
