Omelette pan advice needed

It cannot have Tefal/Teflon/Anything with PFOA or PFOS or PTE, to form a non-stick lining.
If that means just plain ceramic, like the Le Crueset, it is very heavy due to the cast iron.
This is for someone with damaged hands, but only cooking for one person, so cooking a whole meal in an omelette pan is possible.
Does anyone have any suggestions please?

I keep seeing pans advertised as ceramic but which are not cast iron, where is that JML or something, Robert Dyas

I cant pick up cast iron stuff, just been trying to clear out and tidy cupboafds, theres a case iron grill pan in there, barely been used, not surprised, needed two hands to pick it up out the drawer!

These are the frying pans of dreams and I won't hear anything said against them.

I’m a chef and honestly fuck stainless steel for anything egg related. Doesn’t matter if you get the ‘mercury’ effect 9/10 times it’ll stick and be horrible.

Green Pans are fab!!

I have two carbon steel frying pans from Salter - they become more non-stick over time. Lots of carbon steel out there that come pre-seasoned and then you just wipe them out with kitchen towel.

And they are a LOT lighter than cast iron.

Was just about to say this. Never, ever, ever, ever have I managed not to stick something in one of my (expensive, heavy bottomed) stainless steel pans.

Ds (teen) picked this one: https://www.kuhnrikon.co.uk/frying/cucina-frying-pan
He like to cook eggs a lot! It's PFOA free but not sure about the others. Just a quick rinse and wipe and all done. Not heavy. Had it a couple of years and still looks unused.

Cucina Non-Stick Frying Pan

Our best selling range of Cucina Frying Pans are made from aluminium so they are lightweight, a great conductor of heat and cook evenly.

I've found VINOD 4 layer stainless steel to be the best. I now own 4 sizes of wok pans with lids and a 2 sizes frying pans. I'm an oldie and don't have the wrist strength anymore. I don't trust anything with a coating
