Homemade baked beans

Any good vegetarian recipes? Smoky ideally. Would love to switch to homemade on sour dough.

Chipotle paste and smoked paprika for a really lovely smokey flavour!! So fry off onions and red pepper, add garlic paste, tin of tomatoes, Chipotle paste, smoked paprika, tomato puree, tin of whichever beans you like - I like the tins of mixed salad beans, cook for 5/10 mins and done. Sorry I don't really know measurement as my general cooking method is chuck stuff in 😂

the Ottolenghi ones in this link are really tasty.
