How to use up frozen avocado without making guacamole

Thanks to my dd I have 2 boxes to use up. Any suggestions?

Smoothies or avocado dressing for salads

Put it in bacon sandwiches or fajitas.

Mashed on toast with a poached egg

I'd sneak them into dc with something like this...

I can't remember the exact recipe I used to use but it was a bit like this without honey...maybe I included banana

There's a large lidded receptacle in the kitchen called a bin.

Put it in there. 😂

I'd make a salad dressing by blending it with yoghurt, lemon, olive oil, garlic and salt.

Baked in the oven with a salmon fillet, trust me it is a game changer!

Chocolate mousse or smashed with boiled eggs as a sandwich filler.

Never had frozen/defrosted avocado, but we do it mashed with lime or lemon juice and zest, fried garlic, a bit of mild chopped chilli, tossed onto hot, drained pasta with a good grating of grana padano cheese. It's lovely.

Or mashed on well done toast with a poached egg on top

Great in brownies!
