Would you eat this bacon?

Bought last Saturday, from butchers so not vacuum packed just in plastic bag and have used some over weekend so bag not sealed. It's smoked and smells fine and I really want a bacon sandwich! Usually work on a 2 day rule with fresh meat from butchers but thinking smoked bacon should be ok, shouldn't it?

Think bacon is usually fine for at least a week, sometimes 10 - 14 days

Salting and smoking were invented to stop it going off, I know modern bacon isn't as heavily salted and smoked as it used to be to last 6 months, but it will be fine to eat.
