Fish cakes - anyone got a good recipe?

I have fresh cod and salmon, and some tuna (in a jar). Haven’t made them for years and have usually winged it.

That looks nice - I used to cube the fish (haven’t made them for ages) and put carrots in them. I’ll give them a go.

tuna was DHs suggestion - he’s been telling everyone ‘Honey is making fishcakes - shall I bring some over?’ So no pressure!

Not a traditional fishcakes but these Thai fishcakes are really popular here.
