what are you eating tonight and over the weekend? I need inspiration with the things I have bought!

DH is away so it is just me and the boys.

They requested sausage and mash and beans for tonight and then chocolate brownies which are baking now.

I have bought sausages, mince, bacon and a dozen eggs from the butcher which only cost me £7 in total.

I also have some rainbow trout and lots of vegetables and salad and a full store cupboard.

What are you all eating over the weekend?

Well I am going out for a meal tonight.

Will make a mushroom sauce to have with pasta tomorrow but also off on a girls night out tomorrow.

sunday morning will have scrambled eggs with a muffin & make a proper sunday dinner with roast chicken & all the trimmings.

Tonight it's savoury breton pancakes with a green salad.

Tomorrow we'll have scrambled eggs, bacon, tomato, mushrooms, that sort of thing, for lunch

Dinner will be roast chicken

Sunday DH is working so I'll be doing simple meals for me and the children - baked fish with veg for lunch, soup and cheese for dinner
