What to do with salami?

Accidentally bought far too much salami so have lots leftover.

Does anyone have ideas on what to do with it?

Use it for anything where you’d use lardons

Could go in a salad, carbonara or other pasta sauce, casserole, risotto

Great in a sandwich with avocado
