I’m getting a bit stressed with his diet.

Breakfast - Cereal/toast. Won’t have hot food like eggs or beans.

Snacks - No solid fruit. Raisins or a
small slice of watermelon at a push. Told me tonight he only likes smoothies. He has one every day. Like
cereal bars.

Lunch - No cucumber, tomatoes or peppers. Hates chicken and tuna. Will have either have ham sandwiches or pasta. Likes a cheese and ham toastie.

Dinner - Pasta is his absolute favourite.
No to chicken. Sometimes a little in gravy (apart from nuggets or chicken burgers which he loves). Always leaves most of his chips and potatoes. No to noodles. Like rice but only a few mouthfuls. Loves gammon. Fish has to be breaded. Likes mince.

Pudding - No to rice pudding or stewed fruit. Will eat yogurt but complains about it.

Loves milk.

He eats quite slowly so when his brother of a similar age finishes (plus DH who inhales a plate in
3 minutes), he declares he’s finished too so always ends up leaving about a third of the plate. We eat together loads as DH and I work from home.

I’m struggling to come up with meals and he’s sporty and always on the move so I’m trying to get gthe calories into him.

It fees like he’s a safe/beige eater.

He’s got a real sweet tooth but I try to keep chocolate to every few days.

I whizz up a load of veg into pasta sauces and he likes those green machine smoothies so
he is getting the vitamins.
